  • Remove the outer cardboard packaging and inspect the CellAED® protective case for any signs of damage from transport.
  • Check the tamper evident seal on the protective case to ensure it's intact.
  • Observe the transparent bag inside the case for any rips or tears.
  • Verify the LED status indicator is flashing green periodically, which should occur every 30 seconds.
